We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

 

N.B. Non UK deliveries:

Delays can occur in customs, for deliveries to non UK addresses and these delays are beyond our control. Additionally any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Most orders will be dispatched within 24 hrs subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

 

The cost of shipping is subject to parcel weight and is calculated automatically on the billing page once the delivery destination is confirmed.

 

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

 

UK

 

Standard Delivery 

 

Delivery within 3 working days.

• Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Our choice of carriers are presently Royal Mail and DHL.
• A signature may be required on receipt.
• If you are not able to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
• Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
• In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.

 

Next Day Delivery

 

Delivery available Monday to Friday, except bank holidays

• From Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by 4pm to ensure delivery the next day.
• Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
• Next Day Delivery orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday, except bank holidays (UK Only). If you order after 4pm on Saturday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday.
• Orders placed on a bank holiday will be delivered in two working days.
• Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
• Our chosen carrier will deliver your parcel by 1 p.m. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
• A signature may be required on receipt.
• If you are not able to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

 

Europe
